Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Square D ME36250LI parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bently-Nevada product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MHD093C058NG0AN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PA210T133 manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MZ494 by Manufacturer Bently-Nevada as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Pinnacle Brand MG32OF20220VAC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okuma such as OPUS7000 equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P22025 made by Scr-Controls as well as the popular NLK3B500L original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the REV12 by Allen-bradley and OPUS7000 spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QPI3D200C2PA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control.
