Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ssd 650V/0003/460/RBN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stearns products, including obsoleted and phased-out Star parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Digi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stearns such as the KITBM6BRK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15067PR01A manufactured by Star and we are pleased to be able to service most Star systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0001DIVISION by Manufacturer Digi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Star-Su Brand 743291293 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stelron such as J1B7215LKMP equipment made by Stelron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stelron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stelron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EMOCOM made by Solid-State-Controls as well as the popular E12PB4 original spares produced by Stanley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLOSPEED by Sterling and J1B7215LKMP spares by Stelron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SDC1014 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stobert.
