Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the St Microelectronics VN06SP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued T-bar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hi-z-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Forney product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader T-bar such as the 88124A28SM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZB0724 manufactured by Hi-z-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Hi-z-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2190362 by Manufacturer Forney as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Warrick Brand 17A1X0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warrick such as 16DMC1A0 equipment made by Warrick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warrick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warrick" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 151175 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 2005017X original spares produced by Wilamar

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 43268 by Miller and 16DMC1A0 spares by Warrick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8112887 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cti.
