Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Star 1703-430-70 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stober parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sti product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MS4620955XQ1X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FU601 manufactured by Stober and we are pleased to be able to service most Stober systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS4620765Q1XSC1 by Manufacturer Sti as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Staubli Brand F06 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sterling-Electric such as EW0254FFA equipment made by Sterling-Electric have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS4630520Q1X by Sti and EW0254FFA spares by Sterling-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3RBQ4180180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sterling.
