Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sti MS46-20-350-Q1-X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Temposonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sunx product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Temposonic such as the RHS1950MD631P102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 701581168 manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SF1S24PSF1S24D by Manufacturer Sunx as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sunx Brand RXLS200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sti such as MS46301390Q1X equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available W298200 made by Thornton as well as the popular 702679 original spares produced by Titan-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XS1M18MA250H4 by Telemecanique and MS46301390Q1X spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CXD100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sunx.
