Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tritronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the XCSTE7311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BI15EG08AP6XV1131 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SEI by Manufacturer Tritronics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Tamagawa Brand TS5216N467 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as XU2S18PP340D equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 8922631 made by Tedea as well as the popular TXA2360 original spares produced by Toyoda
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UMR5TV by Takex and XU2S18PP340D spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
