Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xinhua parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Universal product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the ATS48D47YU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XinhuaDCSXPR150A manufactured by Xinhua and we are pleased to be able to service most Xinhua systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2K9164 by Manufacturer Universal as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Teco Brand FM100410N1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as VFS114015PLAN5 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 108233ECL10 made by Unico as well as the popular ATV66D23N4 original spares produced by Telemecanique
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 520735 by Triac and VFS114015PLAN5 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MA72004020N1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
