Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Synergetic SMS-AB32-DPS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tb-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Taylor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tatung product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Woods such as the AFC20007B2S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 125S959CN manufactured by Taylor and we are pleased to be able to service most Taylor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Fbdphd by Manufacturer Tatung as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Syscon Brand C400FK02VAB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as 20030DDG414APCA30102 equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H1TS by Taiheiyo-Kikai-Kogyo and 20030DDG414APCA30102 spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
