Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Takex SS40-TL16/ SS40-TR16 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tritronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Transducer-Techniques product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tritronics such as the ASDRF1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BI2CRS524ADZ30X2B1131S34 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LB0100 by Manufacturer Transducer-Techniques as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Telco Brand LTAE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Turck such as PS003R5032UP8XH1141 equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turck" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WI10T made by Tor-rey as well as the popular BIMA23AP6X2H1141S34 original spares produced by Turck

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TK121SG1001130SK56S10 by Tekel and PS003R5032UP8XH1141 spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LT1012P1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triad.
