Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tb Woods P38-14M-115-SF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Timken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Timken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Us-Army-Aviation-And-Missile product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the T854 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MUA1316W1103KR manufactured by Timken and we are pleased to be able to service most Timken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11463964 by Manufacturer Us-Army-Aviation-And-Missile as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Us-Electric Brand 5674S11F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsubaki such as RF650S8T equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9S134 made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular TLSP5X15 original spares produced by The-Carlson-Co.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KDRULA3H by Tci and RF650S8T spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ED4M11RY Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki.
