Tde Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Tde SDB and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Tde SDB include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SDB if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SDB repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tel-Tokyo-Electron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Thermo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tel-Tokyo-Electron such as the 218102018011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2LBF15TUU465L manufactured by Thk and we are pleased to be able to service most Thk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2301 by Manufacturer Thermo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Terumo Brand 304249 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tekran such as 1310 equipment made by Tekran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tekran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tekran" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GHM0050MD602R0 made by Temposonics as well as the popular G4SB500N original spares produced by Thermo-Electron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IOTC89 by Tecnos and 1310 spares by Tekran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LC3D12A7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique.
