Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Te Connectivity 7012AK parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ttc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warrick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ttc such as the 41239 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1D2D4 manufactured by Warrick and we are pleased to be able to service most Warrick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 135105 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Westinghouse Brand A211K1CA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ingersoll-Rand such as 93988665 equipment made by Ingersoll-Rand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ingersoll-Rand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ingersoll-Rand" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SCT750S1 made by Tsubaki as well as the popular 338007 original spares produced by Data-Paq

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XPSAK351144P by Schneider and 93988665 spares by Ingersoll-Rand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 437003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yokogawa.
