Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Te Connectivity FCA-150NC-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 General-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leach such as the 92054584 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PRBU3 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12IAC55B104A by Manufacturer General-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has General-Electric Brand 12CPD11D1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Honeywell such as RA890G1280 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 31067813 made by Honeywell as well as the popular R4795A1032 original spares produced by Honeywell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RH1BUAC120 by Idec and RA890G1280 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 469P5HIA20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
