Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Techno Drive KR-515M KR515M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vee-Arc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the TOSVERT130G2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7030WSDS21 manufactured by Vee-Arc and we are pleased to be able to service most Vee-Arc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CACRSR15SB1AF by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Toyoda Brand A8PU05ABFW02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Volkman such as AD20V4B3NV10 equipment made by Volkman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Volkman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Volkman" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UFS74037UPL1 made by Toshiba as well as the popular CACRSR03SZ1SSY223 original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10E39NZ by Worcester and AD20V4B3NV10 spares by Volkman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2D81400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
