Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Teco 56-02343-0248 42S12007H DESIG 1PCB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tegam products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teledyne parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Teknomotor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tegam such as the 52835 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DNNV46J manufactured by Teledyne and we are pleased to be able to service most Teledyne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C5160SP by Manufacturer Teknomotor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Teknic Brand SST1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as LP1D25008 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LC1F265LC1F265S121 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular LD5LD030BD original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JNTHBCBA0001BCU1HP075KW by Telemecanique and LP1D25008 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VM700T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tektronix.
