Teknic Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Teknic XCX and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Teknic XCX include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XCX if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XCX repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the ATV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SST1000 manufactured by Teknic and we are pleased to be able to service most Teknic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 670675900 by Manufacturer Tektronix as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Schneider Brand RE8TA21BU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as LC2D8011LR2D33 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TSXP47455TSXP47455 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular LE1D188B62 original spares produced by Telemecanique
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV21HU40N4 by Telemecanique and LC2D8011LR2D33 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
