Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Telemecanique TSXLES64 TSXMPT60 TSX-LES64 TSX-MPT60 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tucker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Turck product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the T85800ZPTO12004076 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B267E100917 manufactured by Tucker and we are pleased to be able to service most Tucker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JBBS571001 by Manufacturer Turck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Tylan Brand CMLA11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tulsa-Winch such as HB544 equipment made by Tulsa-Winch have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N860672 by Ultra-Vac and HB544 spares by Tulsa-Winch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6358TRIMALM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turnbull.
