Telog Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Telog ILR-31 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Telog ILR-31 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ILR-31 if necessary. Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kop-flex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chesterton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nexen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kop-flex such as the 1961192 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 686095 manufactured by Chesterton and we are pleased to be able to service most Chesterton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 910300 by Manufacturer Nexen as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eaton Brand 402804 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Viatran such as XC2303 equipment made by Viatran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Viatran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Viatran" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 514481 made by Rexnord as well as the popular PEPPERLFUCHS original spares produced by Visolux
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 16277 by Warner and XC2303 spares by Viatran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 22215 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mcgill.
