Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tem-tech Lab SE1000-SZS-420T1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tetra-Pak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teradyne parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ramsey product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tetra-Pak such as the 42071201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 033900129 manufactured by Teradyne and we are pleased to be able to service most Teradyne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10142004 by Manufacturer Ramsey as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Thayer Brand A11348900A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thayer such as D41627E equipment made by Thayer have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
