Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thermonoran 16299 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tigear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thorlabs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Timken product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tigear such as the 202Q18R56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 127704002 manufactured by Thorlabs and we are pleased to be able to service most Thorlabs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 742B by Manufacturer Timken as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mettler Brand 244633 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thomson such as 2DA08KOA18773D equipment made by Thomson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thomson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thomson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SR25SR25V made by Thk as well as the popular 3752504 original spares produced by Time-o-matic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SHW17100L by Thk and 2DA08KOA18773D spares by Thomson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TAAPA09K107SM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken.
