Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thornton 240-201 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Totalcomp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Total-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Toledo-Transducers product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Totalcomp such as the CSP1B10100K30S5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P752VDK048A manufactured by Total-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Total-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLM4 by Manufacturer Toledo-Transducers as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Toyoda Brand 3920045022 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tol-o-matic such as BC3154600 equipment made by Tol-o-matic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tol-o-matic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tol-o-matic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TW101 made by Transworld as well as the popular ESAP4BTRB110MM original spares produced by Timken

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 248073 by Tol-o-matic and BC3154600 spares by Tol-o-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Z000515 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tips-T-Ps.
