Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Trio such as the MC1E0E3S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 22164204 manufactured by Tuchenhagen and we are pleased to be able to service most Tuchenhagen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WDX19800886 by Manufacturer Turck as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Transonic-Systems Brand H9XLD78 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Trumpf such as 1208330005 equipment made by Trumpf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trumpf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trumpf" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3D32472G01 made by Triconex as well as the popular 035431 original spares produced by Tucker
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TGZ40 by Tsubaki and 1208330005 spares by Trumpf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
