Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Toshiba VFA3N-8075PY-A70B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tr-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Toyopuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the VT130G12035B0ESP130 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CE100M manufactured by Tr-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Tr-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC2FK50TFC5204 by Manufacturer Toyopuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Jtekt Brand THV6374 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toyopuc such as HPCLINK equipment made by Toyopuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyopuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyopuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VT130G2U4220C made by Toshiba as well as the popular VT130G7U4330 original spares produced by Toshiba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RE5627 by Tosoku and HPCLINK spares by Toyopuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V3HH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba.
