Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Total Control GP77R-EG41-24VP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tyco products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s.-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tr-Electronic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tyco such as the XA041D00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 875P2G manufactured by U.s.-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s.-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 17101052 by Manufacturer Tr-Electronic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Turck Brand WDX19800886 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tyco such as TTDM equipment made by Tyco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tyco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tyco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BI25G7SRVP4X2 made by Turck as well as the popular 118910 original spares produced by Trumpf

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TASC300350 by Trumpf and TTDM spares by Tyco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 437D35K10P1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Transducers-Inc..
