Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tr Elecronics CEV65M-00298 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Triangle products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Triad-Controls-Microguard product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Triangle such as the 97900878 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC160GI14A1MARXB1151 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MG36OF5 by Manufacturer Triad-Controls-Microguard as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has U.s.-Motors Brand 875P3C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Trane such as ACT00680 equipment made by Trane have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trane products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trane" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NI30Q130VP4X2B2141 made by Turck as well as the popular 7P1G original spares produced by U.s.-Motors

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8P3P3CCR by U.s.-Motors and ACT00680 spares by Trane are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T85800ZPTO1200476 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck.
