Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tri-clover 741TR-10M-29S-2-316L-37-4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued U.s.-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tuchenhagen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tri-clover product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader U.s.-Motors such as the D30P2G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 22164204 manufactured by Tuchenhagen and we are pleased to be able to service most Tuchenhagen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 76110M19S1 by Manufacturer Tri-clover as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has U.s.-Motors Brand D100V1BS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Triconex such as PU013U equipment made by Triconex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triconex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triconex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C50P3C made by U.s.-Motors as well as the popular 3000609130 original spares produced by Triconex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3000602100 by Triconex and PU013U spares by Triconex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 210MV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsc.
