Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Triclover / Tri-flow CL3295MEG-284/286TSC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Leeson-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the CGC07T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CC421834 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C6C34FK87B by Manufacturer Leeson-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Baldor Brand BSM90N375AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as BD625A233H04 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C184T34WK2B made by Leeson as well as the popular BHM62TG2 original spares produced by Oriental

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSM50N133AA by Baldor and BD625A233H04 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLH100E12S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma.
