Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tsukasa TG-38E-AM-50-KA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tuv product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the CRSBi2CRS260AP4X2B1141S34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Ni10P18AP6XB234146979 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10713079 by Manufacturer Tuv as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Turbo Brand PD32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ultrasonic such as PCBCFR4M1 equipment made by Ultrasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ultrasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ultrasonic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TME152D made by Tsuruga-Electric-Works,-Ltd. as well as the popular SCL12 original spares produced by Turnstone-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EVS9322ESV004 by 3m and PCBCFR4M1 spares by Ultrasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 012B1260 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turn-Act.
