Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck Bi10-EM3-0AP6-5907 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Viscom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 W.h.-Cooke product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Viscom such as the 300080130 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4272093 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V2001ST by Manufacturer W.h.-Cooke as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Turck Brand NI20CP40FZ3X2SG402 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Veris such as HawkeyeEnercept8044 equipment made by Veris have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Veris products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Veris" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCS159 made by Warner-Electric as well as the popular TNM18H1147 original spares produced by Turck

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2204BA5T80A0 by Viatran and HawkeyeEnercept8044 spares by Veris are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM0110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vacuum-General.
