Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck FTCI-3/4D15A4P-2UP8X-H1141 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Item products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quadtech-qti-rgs-iv parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rigaku product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Item such as the 8110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 152661 manufactured by Quadtech-qti-rgs-iv and we are pleased to be able to service most Quadtech-qti-rgs-iv systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 402244 by Manufacturer Rigaku as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Turck Brand K180812 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nord such as 99293 equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nord" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6030 made by Elbe as well as the popular D593494 original spares produced by Zullig

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3E1C by Warrick and 99293 spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 22222 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Torrington.
