Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck NI20-Q50-ADZ30X2-B3131/S34 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vishay products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vernier parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Viatran product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vishay such as the ACLC0350KC5P5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C02DIN manufactured by Vernier and we are pleased to be able to service most Vernier systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 21828W15 by Manufacturer Viatran as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Viatran Brand 2204BA5T80A0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vat such as 327853 equipment made by Vat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vat" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H68121600A3v made by Veris as well as the popular 4129501 original spares produced by Wintriss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NI20US30AP6XH1141 by Turck and 327853 spares by Vat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10B11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ue.
