Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck Ni60-K90SR-FDZ30X2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vickers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wipotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Vickers product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the DG4V32NMUB660 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EB11132736 manufactured by Wipotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Wipotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CS03C50 by Manufacturer Vickers as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ulvac Brand WITG118 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as 8187A56H01 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SQB5KHSS made by Vishay as well as the popular CB10036101 original spares produced by Westronic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3475AC2AAA20 by Viatran and 8187A56H01 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BC10M30VP4X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck.
