Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck PC400-GI1/4A1M-ARX-B1151 6831076 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warrick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yamatake product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warrick such as the 3E2B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2608D25G13 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FE7CDLC6 by Manufacturer Yamatake as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yaskawa Brand B834Y0119 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wenglor such as YH08PCT8 equipment made by Wenglor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wenglor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wenglor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UTMAHB15A54PB made by Yaskawa as well as the popular BI2S12AP7S100 original spares produced by Turck

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RL207 by Visolux and YH08PCT8 spares by Wenglor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WVM30GM8A1NL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ufm.
