Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Universal SN-DSB25LMV-6F-1000CS.887-A1WR-C-Z20-12D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Van-Dorn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valmet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Uticor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Van-Dorn such as the PULPELLL2W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 532093691 manufactured by Valmet and we are pleased to be able to service most Valmet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 58273 by Manufacturer Uticor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nidec Brand U25P2H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Valmet such as M851004M2 equipment made by Valmet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Valmet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Valmet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VACYMM3022R082WR1 made by Okuma as well as the popular UECE200SII original spares produced by Uryu

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMP363D2A1B4 by Vaisala and M851004M2 spares by Valmet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VAVJFGD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Us-Motor.
