Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Us Digital AD4B-D, AD4B, AD4BD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Utsih-b17cc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Vacuum product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Utsih-b17cc such as the B17CC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A12P2B manufactured by Us-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SSG by Manufacturer Vacuum as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Us-Electrical Brand 08697831100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Valmet such as M8512071 equipment made by Valmet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Valmet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Valmet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HMP135Y made by Vaisala as well as the popular HMP231 original spares produced by Vaisala

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F044AU14S2ACR by Us-Motor and M8512071 spares by Valmet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 475X300C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Uson.
