Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motor such as the CB7445F0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 930MDT manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ERS57 by Manufacturer Warner as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Winsmith Brand 9CT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warner such as 5216295001 equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8MCVD made by Winsmith as well as the popular LP120MO15111000 original spares produced by Wittenstein
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5319631003 by Warner and 5216295001 spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6MCT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith.
