Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Uwc Tech UWC4800, UWC348, UTP 4PR 3.0M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ohmart products, including obsoleted and phased-out Van-Dorn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Valmet product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ohmart such as the Vegaswing63 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CS3207A2 manufactured by Van-Dorn and we are pleased to be able to service most Van-Dorn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A413052 by Manufacturer Valmet as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Vaisala Brand HMT3603D12BCA2B4B15A1B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Varvel such as FRS50T80A2 equipment made by Varvel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Varvel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Varvel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D3008MA made by Foxboro as well as the popular SRT02849G314 original spares produced by Varvel

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VC5402101 by Vacon and FRS50T80A2 spares by Varvel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DIT1BHT2EQ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vacon.
