Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vacon 235G3410037/CM140300/PC00235E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vaisala parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Vs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vat such as the 26428KE11BBE10003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMT130 manufactured by Vaisala and we are pleased to be able to service most Vaisala systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT190VS by Manufacturer Vs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Veeder-Root Brand 166716006M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vee-Arc such as 930700 equipment made by Vee-Arc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vee-Arc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vee-Arc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VPRQ35MP made by Valcom as well as the popular AMP1H5 original spares produced by Veris

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the APS002 by Metso-Automation and 930700 spares by Vee-Arc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original X4C0075C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vacon.
