Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Van Der Graaf TM13B25-434ZZ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Neri-Motori products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yasakawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Neri-Motori such as the T100B4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP100MF15131000 manufactured by Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMDH22A2AYR11 by Manufacturer Yasakawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yaskawa Brand SGMGH30ACA61AC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as T56H1033AA2T equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available T4C3B1R0506 made by Alsthom-Parvex as well as the popular t456c75p210 original spares produced by Browning

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMG1EAWWNJ11 by Yaskawa and T56H1033AA2T spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMG20A2AB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasakawa.
