Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vent-axia ACH315-12 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vibco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vexta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Vg-Scientific product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vibco such as the 4P350 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFR1514APK566BUA manufactured by Vexta and we are pleased to be able to service most Vexta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1011901I03 by Manufacturer Vg-Scientific as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Vickers Brand FASK34800300001L2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vickers such as RCG06D210 equipment made by Vickers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vickers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vickers" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PCB343609H made by Videojet as well as the popular DGMFN5YA2WB2W30 original spares produced by Vickers

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DG4S4017BWB50 by Vickers and RCG06D210 spares by Vickers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPR80 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vibco.
