Vero Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Vero BIVOLT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Vero BIVOLT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BIVOLT if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BIVOLT repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the C1000HCPU01E2V1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM15TF20 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM50E3Y24E by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mitsubishi Brand CM300E3U12H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM100DU12H by Mitsubishi and CACRIR101010C spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CLMCEX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brooks.
