Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Universal-Instrument parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yagi-kripal product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the 811404167 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41785303 manufactured by Universal-Instrument and we are pleased to be able to service most Universal-Instrument systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UKH220120180 by Manufacturer Yagi-kripal as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 193460 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Horton-Asahiseiki such as 827204 equipment made by Horton-Asahiseiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Horton-Asahiseiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Horton-Asahiseiki" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14863 by Semitool and 827204 spares by Horton-Asahiseiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 36404 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Merlin-Gerin.
