Volkmann Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Volkmann AD-2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Volkmann AD-2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the AD-2 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our AD-2 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wdi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Weigh-Tronix product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wdi such as the ATF4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K2G10115VBR12 manufactured by Warner-Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WBPS by Manufacturer Weigh-Tronix as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Warner Brand MCS2000DRV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Weinview such as MT506S equipment made by Weinview have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weinview products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weinview" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 75838286 made by Vwr as well as the popular CBC70090 original spares produced by Warner-Electric
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A210M3CB by Westinghouse and MT506S spares by Weinview are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A210M3CX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
