Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner 6910-702-035 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watlow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Watson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Electric such as the BP9102B7512FIMCylinderNEMA34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC3024C00000 manufactured by Watlow and we are pleased to be able to service most Watlow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FT73 by Manufacturer Watson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Warner Brand EC375 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Watlow such as 96A0CAAUAABA equipment made by Watlow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Watlow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Watlow" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 250197136 made by Waters as well as the popular 965A1FD00000 original spares produced by Watlow

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 988A13BBAARR by Watlow and 96A0CAAUAABA spares by Watlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 982C20FDJARG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Watlow.
