Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Weber SOR2 WN422-261 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Klockner-Moeller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accu-sort parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Total-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Klockner-Moeller such as the ZB4604IF1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2755SN3 manufactured by Accu-sort and we are pleased to be able to service most Accu-sort systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TCS250120131 by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Siemens Brand Y20775347 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-bradley such as 845HNXC77730300 equipment made by Allen-bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 42GTGC1021002 made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular XBTGT1135 original spares produced by Schneider

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UnloaderSystem231 by Conair and 845HNXC77730300 spares by Allen-bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5424588S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisher.
