We service and repair Woodward EM-35 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Woodward EM-35 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the EM-35 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our EM-35 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Xycom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wtc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Woodward product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Xycom such as the 3512A1L114103500S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10087206 manufactured by Wtc and we are pleased to be able to service most Wtc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9905861 by Manufacturer Woodward as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yamaha Brand MPB122 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Xinix such as 00120033 equipment made by Xinix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Xinix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Xinix" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TSX205TSX205 made by Yamaha as well as the popular C15TV0RA0100 original spares produced by Yamatake
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10087205A by Wtc and 00120033 spares by Xinix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MR01P20A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wtc.
