Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yokogawa DX208C-1-2/A3/C3/M1/R1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Z-800 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yokogawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the E7056CV00E7056CQ00E7056CN00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Z800 manufactured by Z-800 and we are pleased to be able to service most Z-800 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S9610DK00 by Manufacturer Yokogawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has York Brand 03101681000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moeller such as ZB2105UT1EM2105DD1 equipment made by Moeller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moeller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moeller" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PFCDS1S1 made by Yokogawa as well as the popular YNT511D original spares produced by Yokogawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0310026E114 by York and ZB2105UT1EM2105DD1 spares by Moeller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OS300PG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Zeks.
