Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Advanced Micro Controls DC25S-B1C1NS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Akribis-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Air product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 140GG2C3C20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ADR135A115PJ30MS1200040X manufactured by Akribis-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Akribis-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1164CL02 by Manufacturer Air as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 3601 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Advantech such as PCA6144S equipment made by Advantech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advantech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advantech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 173172 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular AMC original spares produced by Agie

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1400DCU by Allen-Bradley and PCA6144S spares by Advantech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 196469 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
