Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-bradley 42GTGC-10210-02 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Applied-Materials products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bob parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Big product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Materials such as the 019024484 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP422 manufactured by Bob and we are pleased to be able to service most Bob systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CAT50 by Manufacturer Big as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has American Brand AF2645314 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bei such as XH25E equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 836C8 made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular H40A36ABZ7406RLEDSCULS original spares produced by Bei

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3305000000TG by Bently-Nevada and XH25E spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
