Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-bradley NX70_POWER2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toho parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Turck product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6ES71324BD320AA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TX48 manufactured by Toho and we are pleased to be able to service most Toho systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SNNE40A0005 by Manufacturer Turck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Varian Brand Faraday in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wago such as 750504750504 equipment made by Wago have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wago products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wago" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5005011 made by Texas-Instruments as well as the popular 6181P15NPXP original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 850052801 by Tekelec and 750504750504 spares by Wago are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 310386 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unico.
